What You'll Do:
- Engage in sales support.
- Gives first level support for sales-related inbound customer inquiries.
- Follows up with customers (if delegated by Field / Inside Sales). Maintain excellent relationships with new and existing customers.
- Build partnerships and participate in business development activities.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Good business acumen and communication skills.
- Good time management and prioritization skills. Hands-on mentality.
- User knowledge in MS Office and CRM.
- Fluent written and spoken communication skills in English and Cantonese.
