What You'll Do:
- Provide Pre- and Post-Sales Support Services to the designated Business Areas
- Follows up with customers (if delegated by Field / Inside Sales). Maintain excellent relationships with new and existing customers.
- Support business development activities.
- Marketing Administrative Supports to the designated Business Areas, aid in coordination and implementation
- Assist in ad-hoc assignments and tasks as assigned
- Support the daily tasks of the commercial team
What You Need to Succeed:
- Strong interest in business development, sales, and technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Proactive mindset, results-oriented, and ability to work with various stakeholders
- Attention to details; Time management; Proficiency in MS Office, CRM
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Having a relevant technical background is a plus
- English fluency is required, any additional language (Mandarin, Cantonese, or others) is a plus
- Eligible to work in Hong Kong for at least 3 months
